The Solong Blogging Network

I find sometimes that I don't know if a blog post works because I'm unsure of my audience. It's like, "Will the readers of Science Patrol enjoy reading my impressions of Smash Brothers Brawl?" That's not an assumption I'd like to make. Science Patrol is a place for certain thoughts, humorous explorations of futurity, and Smash Brothers is a beat-em-up. It does seem to have a lot going on, but at the end it's a party game. I may feel differently after we've had some Good Party Times with the thing, but Kirk and I only played for a minnit, and in a very controlled environment. Clearly further testing is needed.

Regarding the targeting of blog posts, though, I sometimes feel that I should more tightly focus the scope of my rants to a series of blogs, carefully selecting the audience for each article. Perhaps I need a blog for film, one for games, one for art, and the personal blog, in addition to Science Patrol. Overkill? Yeah, totally. I'm not sure what the best course of action is.
